I have been using them for six months as house cleaner. Easy to communicate with and arrange for service. Very customer service oriented and fantastic overall service. If I had to say good things, then this review space won't enough. Great team who are friendly as well as courteous!

They crushed it. The Cleaning & Maintenance Co met me for an estimate about a week before I wanted it done, and he is a really nice personable guy. Apt needed a lot of work, and they spent majority of afternoon doing it - would 100% recommend. Quality work.

We had to do a lot of drilling in our unit recently, which left red brick dust all over. Mitch from TC+MC quickly took us on, and at such short notice. It didn’t take long for Mitch to remove all the brick dust from every nook and cranny in our place. What’s more, he even vacuumed our screen doors and the outside lobby walls. That’s service over and beyond in my book, and my asthmatic lungs are very grateful. Definitely recommend TC+MC!
