Sam was excellent, professional, on time, very prompt and had the issue fixed within minutes. He explained the issue and how he fixed it. He was very polite and considerate whilst doing his work. Service like this isn't just a given any more, it really is a rare thing. Would highly recommend Sam for any job that you may need doing. Sam was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived on time, replaced my leaking laundry tap straight away. I was impressed with the care he took. While there he looked at a couple of other jobs I need doing and one he fixed on the spot. I recently had Sam back to install a new kitchen tap which he did with no mess and a cheery demeanor. I will certainly choose him for the next job and also recommend him.
