Unilink Village offers fantastic value in student accommodation and housing adjoining the University of Southern Queensland Ipswich Campus. We provide residents with a variety of facilities at a reasonable price. Whilst we predominatly cater for USQ students, all students are welcome from any Institution, including on line learning. High speed NBN internet access is available in ALL rooms; including 10 GB downloads / month. Conveniently located within easy walking distance (via designated foot path) of the University.
Services
The following information is used to process your application and place you with the most appropriate flatmates. All accommodation prices quoted at Unilink Village include electricity and ADSL internet to 10GB downloads / month. Rent must be kept 2 weeks in advance & may be paid via direct debit/credit to our trust account.
Connection to the Unilink Village ADSL network is free and usage, up to 10gb download per month, is included in the rent. An optional exit cleaning fee of $130 applies to all leases. Departing tenants are expected to remove all personal belongings and all rubbish from the unit and clean and stow all kitchen items in the appropriate cupboards before an exit inspection is conducted.
Affordable, fully furnished student accommodation for anyone studying at the University of Southern Queensland, Ipswich. Situated within walking distance to the USQ Ipswich Campus, our student housing is available as 3, 4 or 5 bedroom units and residents have a choice between rooms with or without an ensuite, and double or single share.
The University of Southern Queensland provides a shuttle bus connecting the Toowoomba, Ipswich and Springfield campuses - this service operates multiple times daily at very low cost. The electric rail system directly connects Ipswich with the capital city, Brisbane - a mere 45 minutes away by train, or 30 minutes by car using the freeway system.
From the information you supply with your student tenant application, we try and place you with people we think are compatible. We look at your interests, age, course being studied, and consider any other issues you may have raised. Under your agreement you will be allowed one person to stay for one night only in one week.

Great place, friendly people, great place to live, cheap rent, cheap nbn wifi internet, water and electricity included.well kept public pool for residents and under the new management they have improved the place extremely well. Great for uni students with alot of different degrees to help consolidate ideas studying and research.

Spacious, renovated en suited double room with plenty of storage met my needs perfectly. Nicely furnished with all things IKEA. Great location. Security and well lit carpark. Pool was great in summer. A HUGE thank you to AWESOME manager, Tony, for giving me the opportunity to stay here. It has been so helpful. He is personable, easy to get along with, has a great sense of humour, and attends to maintenance promptly.
