Adelaide-based C+F Lawyers is the creation of Managing Partner Roberto Clemente. Prior to establishing the firm Roberto was a Partner at Paul Alvaro & Co Lawyers. C+F Lawyers is a growing firm specialising in Personal Law, devoted to providing you with the best possible result at the earliest opportunity.
Whilst Roberto has predominantly represented claimants his experience also includes a two year period with Minter Ellison during which he represented the Motor Accident Commission through its claims agent, Allianz Australia SA-CTP. Roberto's impressive client following is a reflection of his expertise and level of service.
He graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce. While completing his studies Christian was employed as a qualified accountant. Practicing since 2007, he has worked in personal injury litigation and has gained extensive experience in motor vehicle accident, WorkCover, medical negligence and public liability claims.
Kendall graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2010 and was admitted to practice law in 2011. Since being admitted, she has worked primarily in the area of personal injury litigation. Kendall commenced her legal career at Hunt and Hunt Lawyers where she represented the Motor Accident Commission providing advice on a wide array of personal injury matters under the South Australian Compulsory Third Party Insurance Scheme.
Natasha joined C + F Lawyers as a Senior Associate in 2021, following a number of years working in a mid-tier firm in Adelaide. Natasha graduated from Adelaide University with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of International Studies in 2008 and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor into the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2009.
