I'm really sorry to have to write this poor review. I have used M&F Plumbing for nearly 20 years, since they initially did all the plumbing for a major remodel, and then the occasional work since then. That was when the company was run by Mike Miller who was always 100% responsive and just a pleasure to work with. I was very sorry to hear that he passed away a couple of years ago. Without knowing that, I recently contacted M&F to replace a water heater.
I suspected there might be problems when the woman who answered the phone immediately started bad-mouthing her predecessor, accusing her of rigging

M and F installed an outdoor cold/water valve on our house. They were very prompt, easy to work with us and keep in our budget. I highly recommend their service. The plumber and apprentice were highly skilled and it was obvious they knew what they were doing and used good quality fittings.

I had been to three of the Hardware stores and couldn't find the part I needed. M & F Plumbing had exactly what I needed. It was a flapper for Kohler 2008 toilet. The part was only $5 and at the other stores, the prices for ones that didn't work ranged from $5 to $12, so I felt like I scored! Thanks for the help!

I had a little hiccup with my appointment yesterday but the team made it so right today. Jeremy called first thing in the morning and apologized for any inconvenience and asked what time was good today. Within 5 minutes of my call he was at the house ready to go. He is amazing every time he went in the house he took off his shoes. He explained the details very clearly and fixed the issue with in a timely matter. I also want to give thanks to Q ( you are a rockstar)
He called me this morning to let me know I was on the books for today and called to check on the progress.
