Well, I can honestly say Tony at Auto Giant is the best I've come across as he raised my caravan at his workshop in Brendale Qld. I had trouble with rocker arms staying in the correct position whilst traveling as I came across this problem a couple days later. Tony travel from Brendale to Rathdowney to fix the problem approx, 240klms round trip at no cost to me.

My car has been off the road for 8 months that's how long I have been requesting quotes etc etc. I was recommended by Airbag Man to use Auto Giant. I took the leap and called them... well that day they took the car, quoted the next and allowed me the time to decide. Not once did they treat me like a typical femal or muck me around like everywhere else Toyota inclusive! They were efficient, fair priced and kind hearted. Special compliments to Sidney. I am extremely impressed with the work completed on my Toyota Prado. Highly recommend this buisness! Thank you all for the wonderful custom experience

I called this place to see how much it would cost to check my break pads. Was quoted around 80 bucks just to check them and something like 300 to replace.
Turns out the wheels didn't even need to come off to check the breaks!! You can check them from the out side, which is what I ended up doing. And breaks are so easy to replace I ended up do them with a mate.
And to respond to the comment the owner left about me leaving reviews all the way up to Harvey bay, that would be because I travel alot? So what's your point?

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Tony the fantastic owner he is helped me out when I broke down in the holiday period ( no one was open !) He was so helpful and friendly towards me and even gave a a hire car for the day so I wouldn’t have to wait around for him to assess the problem. He got my car up and Running in no time and was just so helpful and friendly to chat with! Really knows his stuff and always tries to give you the best price he can find!

I've been around in more than 15 countries around the world but rarely have experienced this high level of customer service (maybe in Germany). The whole team is professional, super helpful, the environment is inviting. They really went above and beyond expectations when they helped me with my broken down motorcycle (which isn't even their profile, but the owners' diagnose of the bike's fault was confirmed later by a specialist!). They also showed flexibility and understanding when we were about to buy a car from them (and trade-in our car). Seriously, if they ever decide to run a customer service

I was so relieved this morning when Tony very kindly squeezed me in as we desperately needed both cars registered. Not only did he do that, he offered me a complimentary loan car as I couldn't get the cars down without the kids. When I came back to collect the car, it was sparkling! I couldn't believe that part of the service was a wash and vacuum, even though I only paid for two road worthy certificates. I will 100% be returning. Tony and his employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed chatting with Jodie as well. All around wonderful service!!
