Never got as far to use there service as just getting a quote was was hard enough, also getting slugged for a vehicle inspection, originally $85 then dropped to $68, which you don't even find out about til you pick up your car..
Poor office management skills, getting told they have emailed the quote which never came through, then it takes two whole days for them to resend it and even then it's incomplete.

Honest and reliable mechanic. If they don't fix the issue straight away theneforewill make sure to fix it before you leave. Had a suspension issue which they found and fixed second time round and was explained thoroughly the ins and outs of the damage. Great local mechanic to rely on

Rob supplied photos of the work required which is a first for me. He explained what needed repairing now and what could wait and why. I wasn't treated like a clueless woman, which I'm not. Very impressive! What motivated me to book my car in, as I don't live close by, was the loan car, available if booked in advance. Highly recommended.

Honest realible mechanics. Picked up on a mistake that was made from Auto Bahn which helped me get my money back from Auto bahn. Rob was friendle and eady to communicate with and keot me up to date wuth what was been done to my car.

As a mercedes driver, I'm quite particular about who can do work on my car. Rob gives a level of customer service unsurpassed by any other workshop I've been to and I know that I can trust him completely. I recently had an issue in between services (self inflicted!) and he fixed it up in no time free of charge just to deliver that extra level of service. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get their car serviced!
