Had the worst experience with Smythe Wozniak Lawyers when we purchased our first home. Would never recommend them to anyone expecting professionalism and competency. Suzanna made the purchasing of our first home so stressful as she was clueless about our contract and arrangement at our first meeting (despite receiving the contract ahead of time). She also expressed great worry about not meeting settlement date, despite us asking her to meet earlier to prevent any issues to which she responded that it was fine to meet 2 days before the cooling off period ended. Our broker had to fix her mistakes
