I had a consult when they first opened. I have severe OA and was hoping they could administer some traction, but they didn't have a table (still don't). I went ahead with one chiro treatment and barely got home. The pain was so bad I never went back. I'm sure the practitioner didn't deliberately hurt me; I should have known better. Traction works for people like me; pity they don't offer it.

I have only just started coming here( this is my 3 session) and have noticed a significant difference in the way I feel and the way I train at the gym which I train 5 days a week. I’ve experienced back and neck pain for so long to the point where it starts to feel like this is normal... WRONG was I until Nick started making adjustments to my body and realising for the first time in a long time you do not have to put up with pain. I cannot thank him and the staff enough for what they have done for me so far . I have tried other places over a period of 20yrs and I can not recommend this company

I didnt find any improvements over the last few weeks, I'm still in a lot of pain, when I asked how many more sessions it wouls take before i would start feeling better, she dodged the question and said that it would take a while and that most of her clients never really leave and that i have to keep coming to get adjustments. sorry I want a cure for my back pain not temporary relief. I can only speak of my experience. They have good customer service tho, but its the service itself I have a problem with. i wasnt feeling or getting better and some weeks id feel like they were unorganised. e.g after

I’ve known about burwood Backpain for years and has always been my go to place for when it comes to anything chiropractic related. I cannot express how thankful I am to Nick and the team at Burwood Back Pain. I was in so much pain from my neck to my lower back, they helped and fixed my back issues. The guys at Burwood Back Pain are awesome. Best massages I have ever experienced and the chiropractic adjustments have my back in perfect working order. They are very thorough and great to deal with. I have no hesitation recommending them and in fact my whole family visits the clinic including my young kids.
