James is a qualified Chartered Accountant who established the practice in 1990 before moving to Malvern in 2006. His experience began in 1980 with Coopers and Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) where he gained valuable experience in dealing with large and middle size firms with tax, accounting and systems matters as well as developing strong relationships.
From Coopers & Lybrand Jim worked for another six years as a Manager with Thompson Douglas 1984 to 1987 (now Grant Thornton) & Evans Partners 1987 to 1990. This experience was very valuable as it was more hands on and at a more personal level. It involved working closely with clients, partnering them to achieve their financial aspirations and being accessible when needed.
