I get 99% of my photo gifts from this company. One time a mug I had ordered was damaged in the postage process, I contacted them and they sent out a duplicate free of charge!! Ever since then, I have always recommended these guys and used their services for all my photo gifts, except when it's a product they don't sell (i.e. blankets/cushions).

Great customer service. There was an issue on my end with forwarding addresses resulting in me not receiving my parcel (they were not at fault, I was). They (Kat) replied to my inquiry very quickly, explained what had happened and have offered to reprint and send my order. Very pleased with their customer service and I can't wait to get my order!

I've printed with happy snappy for years. I've got lots of the fridge magnets, some other photo gifts and the odd photo book. I've always been happy with their service and they have always worked to resolve any issues until I am happy (there was a misprint and they reprinted to correct). Their sales make them great value

Iam really disappointed not alone have Happy Snappy taken my money on order I placed 3 weeks ago, still no sign of the delivery.
I rang and emailed and advised of correct address details.
No response.
I have requested my money back,
of course no response.
complete LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Avoid ordering.
If however they get back to me iwth an adequate response, More than happy to update these comments.

I have placed several orders with this company over a three year period. The quality of the last product I ordered (greeting cards) was terrible. Since then, I've left two customer support queries and a voicemail message over the course of 10 days without response. I get the feeling this company no longer cares about the quality of their product or customer satisfaction.

Happy Snappy DO NOT provide customer service at all!
I received the incorrect product that I ordered on 12/04/2019. So, I lodged two separate enquiries, called and sent many emails to Happy Snappy but haven't received any any (Writing twice intentionally) reply except the auto-reply acknowledgement email. I just lost the money and trust with Happy-Snappy. I was a regular customer until this happened. Reported issue to ACC for a record. Thanks

Photo book delivered did not match the preview on the website. Words were half cut off the photo book that I'd ordered as a gift. I complained to Happy Snappy but they didn't accept responsibility. I submitted a complaint to Consumer Affairs who agreed that it was Happy Snappy's fault but Happy Snappy refuse to provide a refund or replacement.

I'm very happy with my order from Happy Snappy. I make photo calendars and other photo gifts every Christmas, and found that the website of the provider I normally use was outdated and not user friendly. I gave Happy Snappy a go and was very happy with the results- ease of use, quality and fast shipping. Also great to use a local company.

So far the customer service is appalling!! No response to query on Facebook. No response to two emails about my canvases which have been returned to sender as they provided an incomplete address!! The canvases… are Christmas presents and I've no idea if and when they will arrive.
Can someone please call me immediately? Don't tell me my message has been passed onto customer service as clearly they're not replying to emails.
