Soil testing is critical for successful building projects, and in many cases, site classification is a compulsory first step in the building process. The type of soil you have onsite will determine the materials and designs used in your build. Sounds great , but the project is still stopped, and we are still not working together but against each other. I understand your are angry and so am I, so let's talk and work it out for both of our sakes. A simple phone call could have and still can get the project unstopped. We beg to disagree on some key points but at the end of the day we still do not have what we need, and genuinely believe we have been overbilled. Re the credit card fees, that is not so important, but I will say this your invoice does not mention them, or warn of them like we do for our customers. We we rushed that payment

BEWARE USING THESE GUYS .... I have used this company for the last 10 or so years for soil tests prior to starting a build.
Every time in the past I have had 3 bore holes done,
This time they said that "due to the size of the home, we need to drill extra bore holes at a cost of approx. $150.00."
I had to meet the driller to give him access, he mentioned to me that they have started doing only 2 holes because they are so busy, and charging for the 3rd. ??? That story is different to what I was told.
I agreed and the report was sent to me, after me having to chase it up and being told that this
