I have worked in real estate in Melbourne for 16+ years and have never dealt with a less professional agent as Brett. He gives agents a bad name. Brett told me a property was not for me, very bluntly based on a 2 minute phone call where he asked me no questions regarding my ability to buy (finance), motivation, requirements, experience with purchasing and time frames. Just decided for me that I would not be willing to buy a home sight unseen. If he bothered to ask me he would have known I had been looking for some time and had already purchased once in regional Vic without inspecting a property

Brett Goodwin from Morris Bros has now sold two properties for us. Both property sales were different, one being rural and the other a home on four acres. Brett made different detailed plans for both of the sales, and we ended up with great results.
As an auctioneer Brett controlled the buyers at the machinery clearance to give positive and good quick bidding.

Could not recommend the Olivia’s highly enough! Searching for a rental all the way from Melbourne these girls were so helpful.
