After working in the psychology field for over 16 years across community health, schools and in private practice, Stephanie took the opportunity to create Enlighten Psychology and build a practice that embodied her ethos of providing empathetic, person-centered therapy.
With the support of her husband Daniel - a practicing psychologist working part-time in schools- they have created a service dedicated to helping clients achieve positive growth, change and balance in their lives.With over 16 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families, Stephanie has been able to provide her clients with a renewed sense of hope, insight and fulfilment.

We offer a confidential, ethical and highly professional service, making sure that we are up to date with the latest research and evidenced based practice. We believe that everyone is an individual that deserves to be treated with respect, and therefore work collaboratively with you in order to achieve the results you desire and make positive changes in your life.
At your initial consultation, your psychologist will conduct a thorough assessment which involves gathering detailed information about your current concerns, and taking a history about what has led to the difficulty you are experiencing. Your psychologist will also take the time to get to know you, and work on building a strong rapport so that you feel comfortable and supported.
The Australian Psychological Society (APS) has a Schedule of Recommended Fees for Psychological Services. Enlighten Psychology charges clients at a rate below the recommendation of the APS and are in keeping with that of similar professionals. The current rate at Enlighten Psychology is $190 for a standard 50-55 minute session.
Sessions are by appointment only. The practice has 2 locations, one located in the Norwest Business Park, Bella Vista, whilst our second space is in Rouse Hill. We service the Hills and surrounding areas. Holistic Health Norwest. When entering the T1 Building, drive up the ramp to Level 4 and follow the signs for suite 414.
