Very unprofessional,
I had appointment on Tuesday for heating cooling service , and air vent installation, well it was cancelled on same day was little rain , I understand that bt later no one called me to book appointment I called them on Wednesday evening then no one said anything
Remona named lady call me and said she can book only on Friday one more week I asked her plz can u do on Monday or Tuesday she turned up badly she said do u want ur appointment or nt - well lady I paid for it u nt giving for free put ur attitude in ur pocket and I took quote last year that’s my problem who the hell

Very pleasant experience in dealing with Staycool and their professional team for installation of add-on cooling option at our new house. Right from the stage when I contacted them for advise before signing our contract with the builder, to the stage of suggesting system, installation and post-installation follow up and support. Staycool were a pleasure deal with. They responded promptly, sending someone out for a site inspection. They provided a range of options for us to choose from, keep communication clear as to how long it would be before our unit could be installed. Honestly couldn't recommend this company more highly. I have been dealing with Staycool for about 8years now and recommend them highly. A wonderful local family owned business with friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. Nothings too much trouble from the moment you ring to when the installers arrive. I’ve never had any trouble with the cooling or heating systems they installed for me and all work was carried out efficiently and on time with the installers leaving the place tidier than when they started 😊.
