WHAT A MECHANIC!!!! Ross is a champion and I don't say that likely. He took our car with an intermittent mystery fault and worked relentlessly across a few weeks to find the problem. We were so relieved and grateful for his mechanical smarts because really... he gave us our car back! Thanks Ross - its going strong! I went to them for a servicing to get my pink slip - I had to take my car 3 times because they didn't have the right parts because they got my model wrong (even though it's clearly labelled). They had the nerve to charge me for 2 full days of work even though it should have been completed on the first day.
After paying them for a service and new parts for my breaks, 1 week later my engine light comes on as it's causing trouble. You would think they could have picked it up during the servicing? Anyway that's another full days worth of work on my car plus maintenence on my engine and when asked

I had an intermittent problem with my VW UP! not starting. I found that the team at AAA Mechanical very professional and worked through to get to the cause of the problem. The car now performs as good as new. As a result of the excellent service I received from AAA I have booked my VW EOS for a service.

Booked in for a blue slip, for a completely stock motorbike, which I bought new from Fraser Motorcycles.
He knocked me back, saying the exhaust was too loud. Yet he does not measure the volume and says I need to get a decibel report that says the volume is within limits.
Have you got rocks in your head? You are the one that's supposed to give the report that the bike is compliant.
Couple mechanics in the area said it definitely wasn't too loud but either didn't do blue slips or were booked out.
Wasted my afternoon.

I booked in for a pink slip at the last minute because I’d forgotten my rego was due within a day. Even though Ross was really busy, he happily squeezed me in the same day.
I found the service to be professional and accommodating. They did an excellent job, and also provided me with further advice about care of my motor vehicle. I can definitely recommend AAA and will be back in the future.

I’ve been a happy customer of AAA for the last 8 years and have never even thought of taking my car to another service mechanic since.
