Botten and Associates and Dnistriansky Kellis Lawyers. Its current directors are Andrew Dnistriansky and Stephen Kellis. The legal providers of BDK Lawyers have extensive experience in Insurance Litigation from both a defence and prosecution perspective.

Services
A major focus of BDK Lawyers is to provide subrogated recovery services to insurers and its agents including, but not limited to, domestic, motor and commercial claims (including prosecuting and defending claims). We boast significant experience and expertise in pursuing common law personal injury recovery claims for Return to Work Corporation of SA together with self-insured organisations for workers' compensation purposes.
Brianna was admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor in South Australia in 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and Bachelor of International Studies from Flinders University of South Australia. After admission, Brianna worked as a Judges' Associate at the District Court of South Australia and spent time in the United Kingdom working as a paralegal whilst taking the opportunity to travel.
