Postnatal Depression (PND) is also known as Postpartum depression (PPD), and is a type of depression that affects some women after having a baby. Typically, it develops within four to six weeks after giving birth, but can sometimes take several months to appear. Usually, there is no clear reason for the depression.

Angela at Alegna Solutions is the most incompetent and unprofessional psychologist that I have ever encountered. Every aspect of the experience was negative. She paid very little attention as I spoke and rudely moved about the room photocopying and organising papers. When she did interject, she was more preoccupied with promoting a book than providing legitimate therapy specific to my needs. In fact, she didn't offer any insightful advice whatsoever. Complete waste of time and money.

I saw Angela a couple of years ago. I have a background in counselling myself so I acknowledge that a lot of people may not have the same experience in therapy that I have.
First, there were challenges were not having a receptionist there. There was a phone and I wasn't sure if I should call. Apparently, when we enter the waiting room we should call on the phone ourselves to alert the psychologist that we are hear. I hope people with

My GP recommended her to me and off I went on a most fantastic, spell-binding, memorable experience in learning who I am and most importantly how to like myself today. She cares, she really does care and only wants me to achieve success. She truly does give you solutions. Oh the tears I’ve shed in her office, peeling away the many layers.
