The man that owns this place is the rudest! Spent so much money on photos and some were cropped, so instead of explaining to me why and how to fix the situation, he was saying it was my fault and telling me it's my problem. Wow. I just needed help not to be attacked. I've never come across such terrible customer service.

Had my passport photos done, extremely quick and professional service. The local post office rejected my photos, which were promptly corrected, despite everyone agreeing that they were fine. I got my passport, the photos were great, Thank you!

Great service. Nora was very friendly & helpful. I had problems with a digital passport photo. Nothing wrong with their photo it was a online application. She re-send me the pictures. & when that didn't work. she asked me to go back again to get another picture taken & she didn't charge me for the re-take although it was not her fault.
