Jay MT & Silva are a street artist duo based in Melbourne Australia that has been doing artworks together since early 2020. Jay MT has worked and studied for around thirteen years in different countries including Germany, the UK, Japan and Australia. Her range of expertise is varied and ranges from illustration and painting to animation film and large scale murals.
After winning several awards as a child & teenager Jay started her career at the age of 18 as an illustrator for one of Germany's leading book publishers; the storytelling side of her talent led her to enter into the world of animation two years later. She was fortunate to be able to specialise in the field of 2D hand-drawn animation in two of the most prolific places for this genre in the world - Tokyo and Bristol.

In one word: Incredible!
Jay and Carlos did a tremendous job in transforming my boring patio fence into a wonderful piece of art.
From the moment I contacted them until they left after they finished their amazing artwork, I was impressed by their imagination, their understanding of what I was after, their advice, their professionalism, and, last but not least, their very friendly personality.
In the process of coming up with a design, based on a pretty blank canvas I gave them in that I just showed them an album cover of a rock band, they produced something that I could have never imagined.

Jay and Carlos were fantastic!!!! The mural they did on my backyard wall was outstanding. I am so, so, so pleased with the end result. They are both incredibly talented, reliable and super friendly. They were an absolute pleasure to have around during the time they painted the mural. I just sad that we no longer have any walls to paint.

I had researched for some time to find the right artist who could interpret what I imagined to a flat surface and to make it look lifelike. I was looking to have an old barn look, also to have it more massive than it is to give it more depth and I believe Jay was able to deliver that.
I am thrilled with the outcome and would defiantly recommend her services.

Jay and Carlos are beyond talented. I simply came across their work by googling and Instagram and as soon as I saw their past projects I knew I had come across something extremely special. They painted the view from our favourite camp spot in Yarrawonga on the back of our garage from a photo I provided. It was spot on. It’s stunning and it’s like we are actually there. Not only are they talented but are lovely great people too. I can’t stop showing friends and family what they did. Thank you so much guys. Very highly recommended
