Unfortunately I disagree with the other reviews on this page.
We recently worked with Pepperprint on our wedding invitations, and the experience was unnecessarily difficult at every stage. We had a graphic designer produce our artwork, and only required pepperprint to provide the paper and print the invitations.
The first sign should have been that the wrong samples were printed and our email with the correct files was left unopened but the most disappointing thing about this experience was the communication. We expressed that it was an urgent job and were assured this wouldn't be an issue but
