In 2006 a visit only office was established in the Northern suburbs of Darwin to satisfy a need in that area for accessible local legal assistance. Julie Holtham, a solicitor with considerable experience in all areas of the law that we practice in, joined the firm as an Associate in 2008. Julie was admitted to practice in 1998 and has practiced in the Family Law area for 16 years.

She is on the NT Legal Aid Panel as an Independent Childrens Lawyer. David Story has been practicing law since 1978 and in the Territory for 16 years. David has experience in many areas of the law including Town Planning, Litigation (Medical Negligence, Workers Compensation and Commercial Disputes) but now confines himself to Story & Associates preferred areas of the Law.

Your Will can be one of the most important documents that you make during your lifetime and if you do not have a Will then there is no guarantee that what you would like to happen with your estate will happen and the decision not to make a Will can cause hardship to those you leave behind. It is never too early to make a Will and if your circumstances change then the The can be updated.
