Founded and established in 2014, TEN22 is an industrial warehouse space located in Adelaide, South Australia. Husband and wife team, Dave and Nat Lands, together with Nat's mum Fran, saw a need in the Adelaide market for an industrial, urban event space.

Our chefs are passionate about creating a foodie experience you'll be raving about. We love to support local Adelaide businesses by using fresh local ingredients from farm to table.
Little House Films are best friend duo of 13 years, Ben and Marty! Ben and Marty consider themselves visual storytellers and have a very candid approach to filming weddings and enjoy capturing those special moments! We have absolutely loved having them in our space and working alongside them to make wedding dreams come true.

Excellent, friendly staff, good food and the bar kept up. Easy to access and the lay out and decor is fairly simple which makes it easy to add your own touch and to work with. A nice sized dance floor. Toilets near the entrance and an outside area for the smokers or just to break out for a while. Bus stop directly out the front and other forms of public transport nearby. Castle plaza shopping centre is literally only a few hundred meters down the road, so easy if you need any last minute items. Well done.

Nat and Dave were fantastic as is this venue. From the beginning of the process and right throughout they were there to help and very accommodating.
We had a surprise wedding which obviously involved a lot more than a normal wedding event and they helped us right throughout as well as everything we discussed for the evening.
Our guests absolutely loved it. From the food to the mood! There was so much food and all so beautifully presented.
We loved the venue and the feeling we created. So many special memories that wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for Nat and Dave and what they have created

I honestly don’t have a bad word to say about Nat & Dave and their beautiful venue. They took care of us from day one through to what was a magnificent wedding. The food was fabulous, the service was outstanding and the venue was absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend Ten22 to anyone looking for the perfect day!

Ten22 is one of the BEST wedding venues in SA! As a photographer I’ve worked at countless venues but these guys know how to look after their couples extremely well!
I can’t speak highly enough of Nat, Dave and all of the Ten22 staff. They are always checking in and also provide the most delicious grazing tables and pizza!
If you’re considering them as your wedding venue, book them now! You won’t regret your experience at Ten22!

Ten22 Boutique Venue = Best party venue going around! Perfect for all ages! Sensational Service; Amazing Wood Oven Pizzas; Never ending Grazing Tables; Mind blowing Dessert table! Nat and Dave and the Ten22 team were delightful to work with and created the most perfect night of my life! My guests were absolutely blown away with everything it had offer!! Can't recommend this place highly enough!
