Principal Photographer and Director, Monique Perera's love for the craft started in her teenage years, studying photography at the Australian School of Photography and capturing the eclectic characters and scenes on the streets of inner Sydney. Working her way up as a photographer and studio manager at several portrait studios followed in her 20's and by the year 2000, Monique entered the corporate events world just prior to the Sydney Olympics.
I have had the pleasure of working with Camera Creations on several occasions for both product marketing and commercial photography requirements. What I enjoy most about working with Monique and the team is their positive can-do attitude, complete transparency, incredible attention to detail and of course fabulous quality in the work they deliver!.
Since the pandemic hit our shores with restrictions tightened for indoor gatherings, many face-to-face business events have cancelled, . If you've been lucky enough to have a pet around while working from home, this is the 'pawfect' opportunity to practice your pet. Clare took photos of both of my kids for their first birthdays as well as some of our entire family. She was easy to work with and thought of everything from cool locations to having fun props along. She is also really good at working with kids -making them comfortable and look at the camera and smile - not always an easy thing! The pictures themselves turned out great too! They’re a nice mix of both posed and more candid shots. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Camera Creations!

We had Clare come during one of our gym events for CrossFit Washington to capture our community and the hard work of our athletes. She came early to capture the gym alone and stayed for every athlete to have a chance to shine in her pictures! It was super easy to get our digital pictures and use at our discretion. Can’t wait to take our family picture with Clare in October!
