My parents had a split system installed, they installed the outdoor compressor on four house bricks that weren’t secured to the ground and the compressor wasn’t secured to the bricks. I have concerns about… wiring standards that I’m still checking up on. I showed the office their installation job and they agreed to fix the mounting of the compressor. They booked in a day for it to be repaired and arranged for me to be there to talk to the technician. They didn’t show up. The technician turned up the next day (Saturday) to a vacant house and gave themselves entry and

I booked for a service and first I was booked on the wrong day. Then I waited a week for the second booking and no body arrive or rang me. I rang to ask what has happened and was assured someone would arrive. I waited another 3 hour and nobody arrived or rang me. Left a message of complaint and have heard nothing. Waited for 7 hour and not a peep. Awful service.
