I had a great experience today at Sparkling Dental. I am suffering with pregnancy sickness and sensitive teeth, so I was a bit nervous about how I'd go with all the tools in my mouth. The staff were so kind, which made me feel much more comfortable through my treatment. I really appreciate the patience and understanding I received.

First visit to Sparkling Dental. I was in for a clean and check up, all the staff were nice and professional towards me. Very welcoming.
Dr Jenny was great as she explained to me everything she was looking for while performing the check up. She also was great at answering any questions I had about my teeth.

I was referred to Sparkling Dental by Andrea for a dental checkup and teeth whitening kit. The high standard of service I received from the staff here is second to non. I have come in as a new patient with sparkling dental. The new patient package was recommended to me through a friend and I thought it was good value for money. I came back for whitening as they were doing a 2 for 1 deal so I came in with a friend and we saw Jenny and I have to say I’m pleased with my results. Lovely staff. They are quite gentle, however, I feel they do additional things that are not required (inc large x-ray).
My dental history is excellent, but on the several occasions I have used the service for both a dental check up and clean by hygienist, on ALL occasions (4-5) I have been charged over and above my health cover rebates for additional items that I've never had before at other practices. I have questioned these charges with staff with no outcome.
Recently tried a new dental practice, to compare if maybe I was just requiring additional 'items' and interestingly, they said I was

I have been coming to this practice for at least five years and feel confident in the advice and expertise of Dr Jenny Ling and her team. The front desk staff are caring, welcoming and the billing and appointment-making process are spot on. The treatments - from cleaning with Mary, the dental hygienist - to something more complex recently with Jenny, has always been professionally delivered.

During my life I have needed many visits for dental work and have had many dentists. I am amazed when every visit to sparkling dental, Neutral. bay, I leave confident that the work done is to the highest standard.. Their up to date technology along with procedures create a pain free and very satisfying consultation every visit. So convenient to be offered the tooth repair immediately post the check and assessment. A great team and very understanding !
