We have used this company on several occaisions and have never been let down they are truly professional. With the work we requested they arrived on time and the work was completed very satisfactorily. We had an emerrgency repair to be done and they were there within the time that they said. I am so impressed with this company. I first dealt with Isaac who was very professional, friendly and arranged for an electrician, Duncan, to attend the next day. Duncan was brilliant, also very professional, friendly and respectful. He advised me of the issue and gave me options. Duncan was very patient answering all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. He explained and also showed me, what he was doing which I really appreciated. Isaac and his team worked on our extension a few years ago and did some more work for us early 2021. I couldn't have asked for better workmanship and service. Isaac explains everything clearly, offers all alternatives and suggests changes to improve the quality of outcomes. He and his staff are polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. They treat each job as if it were their own.

The best electrician I have came across. My meter was burn, I was very panic as there was no electricity in the house. Isaac provided lots of information and a few options on how to fix it. He came on time and fixed the issue on the day. The job was completed very thoroughly, including phone calls to SA network and follow ups with me. Isaac was very patient the whole time , replied messages on time, and explained the situation very well. Thank you Isaac and his team.
