Did not honor quote, put it up $100 on the visit. Dishonest. My house was tiny, guy was in and out in 45 min. Then they said they should have put it up another $50 to $300. Not acceptable

Edit: The company has since contacted us and returned for a free cleaning. The two ladies that came we're helpful and thorough. The couch looks much better.
It is a shame it took a negative review for there to be follow up but at least they did come back to us and provide a free clean. Added two stars

guy was friendly however he was only here for around 15min for just under $200. We still had stains on the couch at the end of it. We called and asked for them to come back multiple times but they delayed and avoided never returning.
