Nice clean facilities but massage unfortunately wasn't good (disappointing given the price). From all the other positive reviews it seems I might’ve got a new/less experienced staff. My massage had uneven pressure, left/right side didn't match, sometimes incorrect stretches and generally shaky/not fluid movements. Plus an odd question. Perhaps more training required.

Had an awesome massage today by new. I've been to 5 different deep tissue/remedial massages in the past month in the Newcastle area and have finally found someone that will actually get in nice and deep. Really knows her stuff, was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. But above all just an outstanding massage!! I would highly recommend to everybody that needs a genuine deep tissue/remedial massage to head there and ask for new!! 5 stars from me, actually no I'd give 10 🌟 . Thanks very much

Myself and my partner both had massages here 2 weeks ago and they were excellent. We booked in to go again and unfortunately our experience was no where near that of the previous time. Unusual massage technique (belly massage and massaging the throat was uncomfortable) was an issue, and the whole massage felt rushed.. a 60 minute massage should last an hour, not 50 minutes with a few minutes of poor wiping down with a cold towel.
Had I reviewed last time I would have given 5 stars, this time I would give 0 - so call it an average of 2.5 if you like. Hit and miss with who you get it seems and perhaps

Oh my goodness. I normally have knots in my muscles everywhere. I can't say that it is relaxing but that's not what I go for. I go to fix my tired and very sore body and to feel great after ...and I definitely do.+++
You can ask for a relaxing massage too..
Very clean. Very welcoming. The ladies are wonderful and very in tune with your muscles and helping you holistically to live without pain.
The place is Quiet and relaxing with a bit of ouch in the massage if that's what your body needs.
The only thing..I really wish that they also did Hot Stone Massage. Perfect!
