Marina was extremely helpful with our tax returns this year. From the moment she answered our call to when we sat with her to process the returns. She is thorough, concise, and wants the best out-come for each and every customer. Can't recommend her enough!

I used Marina for last years 18/19 return. The first thing I noticed was there was no table to layout my paperwork and documents which I had a few, found it too informal sitting in a armchair with all my documents on my lap. Next, no hard copy of return and she cancelled my BAS statements that come through the mail. Rang ATO and they said my agent, Marina had cancelled hard copies without my consent. Had my appointment with Marina yesterday and unfortunately I have to say that I feel completely ripped off!!
When I booked my appointment with her I’ve been told she charges between 129-139$ depending on how much I have to claim.
I ended up paying 210$ for a 40 minute appointment!!! I also didn’t get the feeling she really wanted to help me get more money back. All she did was entering my deductions from my book into her system.
All in all Marina is a lovely lady but I can’t recommend
