Hi Mark, I'm very happy with the Steinbauer chip and air bag suspension you fitted last month to my Landcruiser. The power increase is unbelievable. It's like the turbo was never turned on at the factory and now it is. Most diesel powered vehicles manufactured after 2005 are electronically controlled 'Common Rail' systems and are best suited for power chip upgrades.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Mark for over 6 years since we moved to Mona Vale. He has always been very professional and courteous with his advice and workmanship. I recently had to take my car to a Mazda dealership who inspected my car and said I needed a new Turbo charger and quoted $8,000 to replace it, Mark was sure that was not the problem and had the patience to find the real problem was a split hose and charged less than $500 for his time and parts! And although Mark was working on his own on the day, he greeted me with that same friendly smile and took the time to explain the details of the job.
The outcome? My car was fixed well ahead

I recently bought a second hand car and found a few things to be wrong with it. i took it to Mark's Auto care after reading the reviews on the web. Mark and his team there have been brilliant. they have basically saved my job by being able to fix the problems with my car within my budget. as a single parent struggling to make ends meet this is huge. I wanted to thank Mark for helping me out with my Car and Rego check this week. I had totally forgotten that my car's rego was due and I had to have it done asap as I needed to drive up the coast. I called Mark at Mark's Autocare and although he said he was really busy, when I explained I was desperate he told me to bring my car down and he would fix it up for me. Mark as so helpful, sorting out the paperwork and putting in a new head light in for me. I could see how busy he was so wanted to thank him for his kindness and for always looking after us and our car's so well.

We recently rang Mark out of the blue from WA to help us in the purchase of a pre-owned car from a near-by dealer. Our unusual request was for him to go to the dealer and eye-ball the car for us, checking the paintwork and interior in detail in our absence prior to our purchase decision. We couldn’t have found a more trustworthy or caring person to help us out. Mark just about dropped everything to help us out at short notice. He provided copious photos and a huge amount of feedback and advice. His attention to detail and experienced eye gave us far more information than if we had got on a plane

I got a little smart car which Mark services. Its now done over 100,000kms but still going well. Had an issue of it stalling randomly, had no idea why. Took it to Mark Auto Care and he did a few checks and suggested it could be this electric thing that keeps the engine on... can't remember what the exact name was. He replaced it and boom... car fixed. So stoked as I was worried it would cost lots.

I was told by a big auto repair shop (who'll remain nameless!) that the screeching sound from my engine was the result of a worn out air-conditioner compressor and would cost $2500 to repair. I looked around for a second opinion and found Mark who found the actual problem - a broken $50 plastic spool. That was two years ago and I've been taking my car to Mark ever since. Cannot recommend him highly enough :)
