Ducon has extensive experience and a demonstrated track record in delivering numerous quality projects for the Department of Defence. Ducon has the infrastructure and resources required to complete projects within the stringent guidelines enforced by both Federal Government Departments and fully co-operate with the strict privacy constraints.
Ducon has a demonstrated track record in delivering Rail infrastructure projects throughout Victoria including works to various substations and signals buildings. Ducon has been working within the Rail sector for a number of years, and has developed great working relationships with Victorian Rail Industry clients and contractors, both private and Government.
Ducon has extensive experience in the construction of projects in the education sector, ranging from early childhood centres, primary and secondary schools to higher educaton. Our skilled personnel work collaboratively and pro-actively with all stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure site safety is maintained at all times.
Ducon has a demonstrated track record in delivering client and community group focused buildings and projects for Local Government sectors. Ducon have also delivered numerous quality projects within the public utilities sector including stormwater drain upgrades for various local Councils and unique projects such as the Green Transfer Installation at Spencer Street for the City of Melbourne.

This company apparently went into liquidation in the last 18 months. There has been things which the builder is responsible fixing but have decided to use this loop hole to get away...
I still have outstanding structural leak issues which this company refuses to fix. Please stay away from this company…

Un-professional company.
We sought a quote from Ducon and had a lengthy on site visit by project manager Tom Robertson.
After 1 month waiting for the quote, nothing. 6 weeks still nothing.
We emailed then phoned and SMS'd Tom and never got 1 reply.
We then contacted Ducon head office in Clayton and still no returned emails or calls.
If they didn't want to supply a quote, thats fine, but have the decency to tell the client. But then to dodge and ignore your enquires, tells you what sort of company this is.
Don't waste your precious time with this unprofessional company.
