Huntley graduated from Sydney University in 1979 along with Chris, Alan and Ross. After practicing in suburban Sydney for 1 year Huntley practiced and travelled in the UK and Europe for 3 years. Upon his return he established his own Practice in the Sydney CBD for 5 years before joining Chris in a partnership in Northbridge.
Alan graduated from Sydney University in 1979 and has practiced in Sydney since that time. Many of his Patients today have been seeing Alan for over 30 years. Early in his career which has spanned 35 years he became involved in rehabilitation dentistry and was the President of The Society for Occlusal Studies and was President and committee member to several congresses hosted here in Sydney.

Very happy with the care taken by SBD and this is why I am now into my 31st year of regular service with this Practice. Even when I have been in panic mode my fears have been dissapated through excellent feed back and advice from the Doctor.
Though at times I have a fear of needles in other situations at SBD one wouldn't even know a needle had been used.
All of this feed back can be condensed into two words

Very satisfied and relieved to have found such a great dentist in Sydney. I relocated here 4 years ago, however, had remained with my family dentist 5 hours away and would visit on holidays/long weekends until I had a dental emergency and needed a Dentist ASAP. I was able to get a same day appointment, the staff were friendly and my dentist (Dr Ros Davis) made me feel extremely comfortable and assured. I have been able to make follow up appointments with ease and reasonable waiting times (within a week). The practise is easy to get to and the COVID safe measures in place are great. Highly recommend

Excellent service and attention to every detail. The dentists and Orthodontist are utterly reliable. My family of four children have all been patients for over 12 years. Their care and support and gentle way of dealing with kids is first class. Emergency support and friendly staff make it a pleasure each time I call.

Sailors Bay Dentistry has been my family practice for many years, seeing Huntley Dunne, Alan Riley and now taking my young daughters to Ros Davis. Today we had to assess an abscess which resulted in an extraction of the front tooth on my 4.5yr old. Ros was incredible! A surprise and uncomfortable situation for Mum & child, but I completely trusted Ros's advice on what was best for her. Her approach - talking to my daughter about her love of craft, colours, playing music while taking the time to explain what was happening meant she was amazingly calm and brave through the (quick) process. Very professional and caring from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists. The first time we went there some years ago my young daughter had been injured with her two front teeth almost out. The entire practice came alive and three dentists stopped what they were doing and worked together and were able to save both front teeth. We have stayed with them since and found them to be very competent and very kind.

WOW! What an experience from beginning to end! Right from entering Sailors Bay Dentistry the Patient Coordinators greeted me by name with beautiful smiles and amazing teeth....they were very good looking too! The service I experienced was extremely professional and of very high quality. The rapport between the dentist and his dental nurse was very impressive. They made me feel extremely relaxed and any anxious feelings I had soon diminished. They were very thorough and a treatment plan was given regarding my future treatment. It was very cheap for high quality service. I can only speak very highly
