Buying is very stressfull but I did not have to worry about the home loan part of it. Geeta and Tony were very proactive throughout the whole proccess and kept me up to date all the time. From helping me pick up the best lender option to liasing with the lender and my conveyancer to have settlement done in time they were outstanding. Best customer service I had in ages!

Do not waste your time seeking their help for your home loan. We have had a very bad experience with an extremely lengthy process with them which eventually came into an undesirable and totally different outcome. We went through lots of stress and tension with numerous unnecessary documents they asked for, while they kept us waiting for weeks for an approval. We lost our purchasing prospect because of them and all the patience came into nothing afterwards but a significantly lower amount of offered loan, something that was done unbelievably quicker with other brokers. Their response to our complains
