Our Group history goes back to 1969 when my wife (Bunty) and I sat one Saturday night free from socialising. We paused to consider our privileges. At the time of these decisions, South Australia was implementing its Development Act 1967 - 1972 and talking a lot about tourism. During those first years, we invested and established a number of companies in diverse industries but always achieved our greatest satisfaction in the property industry.

Flora Ganter is the most unprofessional sales agent I have ever met. She treats clients so differently depending upon what car they drive and what clothes they wear, etc. no joking a lot of agents do that but no one does it so obviously like her - I'd say she is definitely not smart in that department. Also she answers clients' questions using an arrogant tone - I asked "was this property owner occupied all the time?" she answered "of course!" A lot of similar answers throughout the conversation which was very rude and ridiculous! so what - a property cannot be rented or what? She told me the highest

My partner and I rented through Lin Andrews for almost three years. They were always responsive with any issues and had things fixed relatively quickly when required. Their agents are easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent through them again if we had the chance.

Very professional and friendly commercial agent. Gerry is the best agent I have met in last ten years. Lin Andrews Real Estate is definitely recommended to all commercial property landlords and business operators. They are not commission-focused company or only stand for the landlords. They will create a perfect balance between business owners and property owners, which is rare to find in Adelaide commercial property market.

After moving out, the landlord made a claim from my bond and initially I did not agree with her claim so did not accept it. As for what the dispute was about, I'll not write it out cause it's a long story and it's also not the main reason why I gave just one star.
The main reason is that before I finally accepted the claim, I asked the agent Adrian Urbancic that if the landlord could give me the recliner that we made dirty (we accidentally made the landlord's recliner dirty during tenancy and she had to buy a brand new one and she claimed for it from our bond.
