I did a RWC certificate with Harry for my Hyundai i30, this is the second time I have used, for a RWC. They are on time, very honest (which is rare this days) and in both occasions very professional and friendly. I would not have any hesitation recommending their service to others.

Literally DO NOT GO HERE. Take my word for it too. Save yourself the TIME and the MONEY. They are not genuine and I can say that, because I have given them the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions.
Do yourself a favour and look for a different mechanic! There are plenty of good ones around hoppers crossing/werribee

Got a quote here for spark plugs and coils for $430, insanely CHEAP and VERY suspicious. took the car there anyways, staff were friendly but the shop was so messy and
LACK OF RECEPTION DESK
I asked if they will complete it by end of the day, they held up there promise finished at 5:30 after giving them the car at 12pm.
at the end I asked for a invoice, to claim under tax as business car. They told me "wifi is down so I can't make one, but I will email you the invoice"
I TOLD them I need one, now I will wait for a "invoice" if they do make one.
although after paying a low price, car felt fine
