I broke my tooth a few days before Christmas, and was thrilled to be able to make a next day emergency appointment. The receptionist was lovely and reassuring over the phone, and it was great to be able to fill out my health details online in advance. Dr Brenda Loh was fantastic. She explained what she was doing, and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. I don't live in Geelong usually, but I'd highly recommend this practice to anyone who does.

I have never been a fan of the dentist. As like many others I had very traumatic experiences with the dentist as a child. This is turn lead me to be very fearful of the dentist as an adult.
Recently, as I had a serious decline in my dental health, I had no option but to visit the dentist. My first visit I was shaking with nerves. Dr Loh went out of her way to make me feel welcome and at ease. There was no judgement about how long since I had been to the dentist. I have had several treatments now and each time feel less nervous. I thoroughly recommend Myer St clinic and Dr Loh.

My experience with Dr Joe Duric was only over a period of abt 6 months. Previously I was a "rusted on" patient with the former owner.
I am an older patient and look for a mutual understanding with my practitioner where shared information is welcome.
This was not my experience. I felt like a cash cow being pushed into various expensive treatments.
I knew one day that I wasn't respected or important enough as a patient, when after arriving early for an appointment I was make to wait for 1 hour while he was down the back of the building doing something of more interest. A perfuntory apology was

I had been putting off getting my implant crown done for months, work, time, lockdowns etc just kept getting in the way. After 6 cancellations I think I finally got there. From the moment I arrived the staff were fantastic, courteous, looked after me, checked in to see how I was going. I felt so special, I have never had this experience at a dentist in my life.
If you want a great experience, the talented team at Myers St Dental are the ones to go to.
It's worth every minute of the lovely drive to Geelong for this treatment.

Excellent experience from Dr Loh and Paras with my 4 fillings today. Paras was incredible and talked me through everything she was doing throughout my clean. They both acted extremely professionally and made me feel as comfortable as possible - I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. Can’t recommend enough.

Highly recommend coming here, I saw Alex for my clean over 6 months ago. I have since been back, and am very happy with the knowledge and advice that was provided when coming previously. My bleeding score is much better this time around as I now have the knowledge on looking after my teeth. I have not come across a good dentist other than coming here. All the staff are so warming and welcoming.
