Very poor communication between the office and the team supervisor. The first team of painters did a sloppy job and required a third painter to come back and correct it. Despite being clear about the specific dark colour I had selected from the start, the quote i received was insufficient and a third coat was required, however this was not advised from the outset. In the end I am very happy with the two rooms and feature wall completed however the experience was not one I would like to repeat

Absolutely disgusted with this business. Do not use this painting Company. Glenn comes out and quotes the job but did not complete the job. A gang of non-english speaking incompetent painters arrived. We have had no end of trouble with these painters and the Company. It all starts with their lack of communication from day one. They said we could walk on our deck after three days, we noticed that the timber stain was so sticky and patchy. Glenn then blamed our dog and said we walked on it too soon. A few weeks later it was still sticky. The incompetents have been back four times and the workmanship

We got a quote from Surepaint last week. They were very professional and took their time to walk us through the house, highlighting all the things that needed to be done. At the end of the hour, we were taken through the quote, which was 50-70% higher than the other two quotes (70%-85% higher if you exclude their discount - which comes with caveats - book within 5 days etc..). Whilst I am someone who is happy to pay a premium for quality, this was overly excessive.

Cannot recommend the SUREPAINT team more highly. The professionalism and quality of work is beyond compare.
Glenn and the team were engaged and so helpful throughout the entire process. The colour consultant also did a fantastic job matching colours to bench tops and existing cupboards. Things I never even considered.
The dedicated team finished the job 2 days ahead of schedule and I am so pleased with the finished result. My apartment looks brand new.

B2B we have had great experiences with Surepaint. We have had fences and retaining walls painted with Surepaint and the quality and speed of the service has been excellent. They provide updates and photos during the process and asked us to inspect at the end to ensure we were happy.
We did have one incident of dripping paint on some carpet but not… only were they extremely apologetic and fixed the problem, they added some extra free painting to the service and we were very happy with the end result.
Their pricing has been the cheapest we have found and we are happy to say we will be continuing
