The Federal Governments new HomeBuilder Grant provides eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers) with a grant of $25,000 to build a new home or substantially renovate an existing home.
Any decision is at the absolute discretion of the landlord. Kemp Management ensures that all applications are processed and submitted for consideration. Upon signing of the lease, your Bond will be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority where it will be held in trust for the duration of your lease.

I would highly recommend Georgie with any real estate related enquires. Even with the slow seasonal Coffin Bay market her efforts were tireless. Her commission fees were relative to the sale price, and did not overcharge however her dedication to getting a result was far greater. Communication was exceptional, I have always been able to get in contact and organise documents even while working away interstate. I strongly recommend Georgie and the Kemp team, and in future I would use her again.

Great hardworking agent!
James Stacey did a great job of selling our difficult property. We were a domestic property in a commercial zoning so we were torn between two markets. Not ideal having a domestic property on a main arterial road, and being a domestic property there would have been a bit of money required to be spent on the property to make it commercially viable. James frequently contacted us and gave us updates on the property and has a great knowledge base of where the current market sits. We are very happy that we were able to move this property on thanks to James. Would highly recommend
