Our air-conditioned small animal hospital is fitted with modern well maintained surgical and diagnostic equipment. Our large animal hospital includes a surgery as well as stocks for mare reproduction work and equine dentistry. We also offer an ambulatory service and farm visits to cover all of your equine and production animal needs.

Quirindi is located halfway between Tamworth and Scone on the edge of the very fertile Liverpool Plains. Our veterinary practice provides services for horses, cattle, dogs and cats in the Quirindi, Tamworth, Murrurundi and Nundle areas and their surrounds. David grew up on a sheep and cattle property near Warwick in Queensland. After graduating from Sydney University in 1996 he went on to complete a Masters in Cattle Health and Reproduction at the University of Queensland in 1999. After 4 years of mixed practice in the UK, David returned to join Quirindi Veterinary Clinic in 2003.
We offer pre-anaesthetic blood tests to ensure your pet is medically fit before surgery as well as geriatric screening and general health profiles. Our in-house Idexx laboratory services include haematology, biochemistry, blood gasses, electrolytes, cytology and clotting times. The beauty of being in-house means that critical results are available to us virtually straight away.

Always very caring and professional. We appreciate the friendly and efficient service provided to our animals. We have had consultations at the clinic and on farm and on each occasion the advice and treatment plan has always been explained and successful. We have been taking our dogs here for a long time. The vets are always kind and attentive to the animals. You always get a reminder when your animal is due for a visit but they don't hound you ( no pun intended )
We lost our big dog to cancer a few years ago and we couldn't have asked for better treatment of him whilst he was sick.
We highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
