I started my painting career in 1997 and completed certificate 3 in painting and decorating. I started my own business in 2003 and I gained my experience in period home, contemporary and architectural buildings. With a steady growth in permanent employees in our Team. We offer quality painting services, interior and exterior, specialising in residential and commercial properties throughout the wider Melbourne Metropolitan area.
At NARLS painters and decorators we take care and responsibility for our environment by utilising best practice systems. The two main systems we use are ENVIRO-WASH, for waste-water management, and mobile dust extractors with HEPA filtration systems for any sanding done inside. ENVIRO WASH is an acrylic paint wash out water treatment system.
Are you renovating your home? Or is your home a new build? We have the experience to help you choose the right paint colours and finishes to suit your style, both inside and out. Do you have a period home that represents one of Melbourne's historical moments in time? If your home is an Art Deco, Federation, Victorian or Edwardian style - we will take special care of your historical home.
We make sure that all your furniture is moved into the centre of the room and covered with clean plastic sheeting and the floors protected by drop cloths. The team makes sure the surface is clean and flat by filling and patching holes and stains where needed and sands it all smooth. Once everything is prepared our team primes and paints with premium products to create a uniform finish throughout.
Before we begin painting we ensure that all surfaces are clean of dirt and mildew with a power or hand wash. All surfaces are prepped with scraping off of loose paint, scuff sanding glossy areas, and caulking gaps to prevent water intrusion. All repaired areas are primed before our team applies premium quality paint to get a uniform finish.
