Don't use this solicitor.
It took him 3 months to draft a lease contract and by then my tenant suddenly move out having found a cheaper place and I wasn't able to enforce anything.
He's a little cheaper than others but will screw up your deal and still not apologize.
Unless you want to be screwed don't use them.

I've dealt with Garry for the last 8 years, in regards to the business and private property purchase as well as the legal arrangements of the investment sharing. Everything always went smoothly and the documents were done on time. Moreover Garry has been always one step ahead of me with the negotiations when we needed more time because of the mortgage broker mistakes. He's very knowlegeable and suggests the best solutions in given case. He's also very good at explaining terms and details when I was lost in the legal jargon (English is my second language). I've heard that his fees are not the lowest

This so called solicitior is a dodgy as the day is long. We dealt with Suzanne Azzi and lost $1800 from our settlement due to numerous mistakes with calculations. They also over charged us by $850 and tried to charge us for their mistakes. They are quick to take your money and just ignore you once things go wrong. These shonks should be struck off the register.
