Had my I phone screen fixed couple of days ago £110.00 which I thought was pricey. I don’t know if it’s connected with having the screen done or not but I now can’t hear anything when people call me which is annoying considering I’ve just paid out that money and I rely on having this phone for work.

I bought a new Samsung galaxy 10 online and took it to Ace to set up for me.
The service was second to none.
Polite staff and patient.
He explained everything in detail.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Very poor quality iPhone screen. Will not use anymore this service.
Just went Apple officials, and they told me that the screen fitted - is extremely cheap Chinese copy!!!! But was paid for genuine parts!!
I'll bring your screen back for full refund at the end of January as i'm abroad for now.I keep the receipt as well..

My 2 month old Samsung randomly stopped charging & Samsung were useless helping me to repair, they said the phone would have to be cleared and needed a new mother board.
I took it in to Ace and within 1 hour I had a call to say it needed a new charging port and that it would be ready within the hour!
Reasonably priced and great service! Definitely recommend!!

Pros: fast, friendly and easy to find.
Cons: pricy, cheep material and not reliable.
I handed in my iPhone and they fixed damaged screen but the new screen seems cheep and thicker than normal. The slider isn’t smooth, it’s almost as if the screen isn’t registering my finger, and miss clicks constantly. Not to mention the yellow tint on the glass. I’ve tried changing the color setting on the phone but it’s not the phone, it’s the glass.
Going to send my phone to get fixed by someone better. Hopefully this helps. Buyer beware!

Ace Mobile is the best. My iPhone 7 had sound issue, when I make call, it had no sound at all. I took it to Apple store, they told me the motherboard had a damaged chip, it's not repairable and want to sell me a new phone. I took it to Ace to have a try, they told me that the audio chip can be replaced, and indeed they fixed it on the same day. I'm truly amazed that they can fix it. Thank you very much, guys.
