Situated in Berwick, near the monash (M1) freeway, we are in a perfect position to be of service to the families of the south-eastern region. The vision of Dr Adam Stewart (Chiropractor), OptiStart Chiropractic opened in 2014, with the purpose of helping families create their most optimal life. Practicing from a one room, shared reception suite, at Verdun Drive, Narre Warren, OptiStart Chiropractic soon grew, with two rooms required.
Dr. Adam (Chiropractor) is a chiropractor with 17 years experience in practice. He is passionate about preventative healthcare, with chiropractic, nutrition, exercise and meditation forming the basis of his health philosophy. In 2014, Adam opened OptiStart Chiropractic with the aim of providing families with a healthier start to life.
Our spine and nervous system are the FIRST system in the body to form after conception. Whilst many of our cells constantly die and replace themselves, the nerve cells do not - they are mostly unchanging in structure. We know however, that the way they connect to each other is constantly remodelling through a process called neuro-plasticity.
All of our Chiropractors primarily use the Gonstead System of Chiropractic. We are the only practice in Berwick, Narre Warren and Beaconsfield that primarily uses the entire Gonstead system as a whole. The Gonstead system is a unique Chiropractic analysis and correction system. It is based around the concept of very thorough analysis, and on the basis of all the information acquired, deciding what corrective steps to take.
If you have recently become pregnant - congratulations! You are about to embark on a 9 month journey which can involve many emotions, many ups, and sometimes some downs. There are many approaches you can take with your choices during this time, but the goal is the same for all - to be your healthiest, and help your child get the best and healthiest start to life.

My family and I have been going to see Dr Adam for over 16 months and have found him to be personable and professional. We have all been helped markedly, including some long term issues, that are now being well maintained. No request has been too much and we have always been greeted warmly by Adam and staff.
We have seen OptiStart shift to Covid Safe practices seamlessly and have always felt comfortable attending our appointments.

Adam and his team are always so welcoming and consistently providing great customer service. Not only do I see Adam but my son has been going for the past few years and loves his Chiropractic appointments. I love the whole team at OptiStart Chiropractic. Lynette in Reception is always very welcoming, bubbly and friendly every time I come in for a treatment. Esther is fantastic - the perfect blend of care and professionalism and she is always very gentle with me! Alana is amazing - a knowledgeable and extremely effective massage therapist who always listens to my current needs. Adam has been a life saver for my whole family over the years - he has always gone above and beyond - I cannot recommend him highly enough!!
