Cant find a low enough score!
Have just spent an hour and a half telling this guy I'm overloaded with life, and I want to feel good and positive about myself....ha... so I'm doing some meditative program...I have a councellor that I've had for 6 years...I've been doing art for roughly the same time..to help relax.....and despite all this I recently had an episode of losing my memory for several hours...culminating in cat scans etc to rule out anything organic happening. To be told...keep up the stress management strategies...and pretty well see how they go...even though I've been told by a neuropsych
