I can’t recommend ColTech highly enough! I broke down on the M1 at Palm Beach on a Sunday, called Col and he said get your car towed here and we’ll sort it out for you. He then spent Sunday afternoon and evening fixing my car and called me at 6:30am on Monday morning to tell me my car was ready for pickup. Truly unbelievable service. Very satisfied customer right here. Thanks Col!

I'm so impressed and so grateful I found this business. Was a Saturday and being a caterer with deliveries they came down to their shop to fix my car and on his sons birthday!!! It was Saturday my car car had a flat tyre then i called this business to help me with that. After that I realized I have got spare tyre and I was putting it on by myself. Then they called and blamed me with the bad words. I shame of myself and I let them come for punchel repairs. I waited for 20 min and drove around to find them. Finally, he came and checked my trye and just say i had to go to their workshop and charged me with robbery price $220!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just for told me he could not fix and i have to go to the work shop on normal work day. Worth 6 stars. Was in desperate need of help after accidentally putting petrol in my diesel car. Checked google reviews and ColTech are number 1 for a reason. Roadside assistance within 30 minutes and an organised tow truck 20 mins after that. The team at ColTech had me back on the road within a couple hours. The shed was exceptionally clean with a professional feel. The team were incredibly helpful and I will be going back to get my car serviced from now on. Thanks ColTech Automotive. Cheers

Had my 4wd in for an emergency repair regarding steering and brakes, the new steering shaft was tack welded and the installation and "engineering" just looks like an afterthought, the steering wheel is now 90 degrees askew, brakes were not bled properly with 70% play and almost 4mm of hard braking pressure, front plastic grill was snapped, pretty undesirable experience.

They are a truely professional outfit that provides excellent service and a high quality of work. My car wouldn’t start on a Thursday night after work. I rang them Friday morning. They met me at the car at the only time I had available, took the keys and took care of everything from there. When additional repairs were required they rang me to explain the problem and get my ok. They managed to source the necessary parts, collect them and perform the repairs by the time I finished work Friday afternoon.

They went through every detail and even sent me a video of the job.Being new to the Gold Coast I was very nervous to be dealing with a mechanic but my experience was great, the boys had my car fixed quickly, priced great and the service was amazing.… Will now be my go to as I know I can fully trust them and was a pleasure to deal with. ⚠️ Unprofessional comments, lying about price of parts, longer than usual labour
Pretty disappointed with our experience.
Took a while to rectify these issues as well as too much unnecessary stress throughout the day due to poor communication between the receptionist and Cole.
Step by step of our experience.
1. Quoted $1,300 on Saturday for a… $900 part (genuine Nissan cooling fan unit) and 3 hours labour ($330)
2. Received a call to which I confirmed the price of the part with receptionist and was told it was $800 instead of $900. Did my own research and found that they purchased

I moved to Gold Coast, bought Jeep Wrangler and was looking for good mechanic. When I saw ColTech and review on Google, I said to myself: guys have to be really good....so I went there to do inspection on my Wrangler. That mechanic (oh sorry, I forgot your name) was very professional and I had very good feeling from the very first time.
They changed my tires for unbeatable price, did inspection, did my AC, brakes and some more....for the best price!
