Previously they owned a very successful kitchen franchise and early in 2015 they separated from the franchise and are now delighted to be able to provide customers with more product choices which is reflected in their Gold Coast showroom.

THIS IS A WARNING ABOUT USING KBHI, Burleigh Heads.
In June 2020 we purchased and had fitted a new kitchen counter top by KBHI for which we paid $4015.00.
In February 2021 we contacted them as the top had cracked and was also lifting away from the base. Eventually the owner came out and said it was a warranty issue and he would sort it for us. We have since discovered that KBHI were in dispute with the supplier over unpaid invoices. Despite numerous emails (all of which I have kept), phone calls and visits to KBHI they are refusing to replace or refund the tops.
This has dragged on for months

Our experience with KBHI was a very positive one. From the moment we had our consultation with Graham, then onto meeting the lovely Fran, the whole process went very smoothly. We were so impressed with their communication throughout our kitchen renovation. It would have to be the most stress free renovation we have had done. I was also very pleased with our installer - Dylan, who was very courteous, clean and helpful. In fact the whole team were so professional. I would highly recommend KBHI.
