I called FXD based on a recommendation from someone on a local Facebook group. Scott responded immediately, and came over at short notice.
He got right to the cause of the problem (unlike the last plumber) and fixed it all pretty quickly. Was up-front about prices, talked me through the problem using a camera, and what he was doing to fix it.

Scott was great. Made time to come around quickly to help with a gas leak. Identified the problem and solved it on the spot. Was really transparent with quoting all along the process and showed me the issues before starting work. Really professional and friendly, would absolutely call Scott for my next plumbing issue
