They understood the requirements needed for the preparation and sale of the property. We bought our first property with Sue and she was helpful in explaining the process and guiding us through the requirement (even on her day off/into the night). We had poor experience with another real estate agency so we greatly appreciated her openness and transparency in the negotiation process, a definitely welcome difference. She was prompt with emails and calls; the handover process was also smooth. We had a great experience with Sue.

The best property manager we have ever had.
We have had a number of investment properties over the past 25 years and many different agents managing those. Sue & Ken have managed 2 of our properties over the past 9 years and they have been, by far, the most dedicated and professional managers of any we have experienced. What they promise, they deliver on. No other managing agent has ever consistently delivered to the standards of Sue & Ken. One of the best real estate decisions we ever made was having Sue & Ken manage those properties.

I rented a property from Sue Edwards Real Estate for 18 months and Sue was fantastic to work with the entire time. My family and I have rented a propery through Sue Edwards for the past 12 years. The respect, compassion and fairness Sue, Ken and the team have shown over the years to my family and I have been second to none. Sue has responded quickly and efficiently with any issues that has arisen and communicated effectively through the entire process.
