Ahmed was able to service my fathers car today and did an amazing job, he was very professional, he rang me to let me know what needed to be done prior to any work started and then also kept me up to date on its progress. Being in strict COVID lockdown and in an area of concern, I could not access my usual mechanic. Rang, emailed, texted three other services with no response. PULSE mobile mechanics responded within minutes to my enquiry.It was quick and easy to book online. I needed a pink slip for my second car and was running out of time. Ahmed attended to my vehicle this morning, had not used Pulse's service in the past, but they came highly recommended, and I can certainly see why! Ahmed was incredibly informative, performed a 10k km service and pink slip, as well as a few extras that popped up along the way during his inspection. Great value for money, called ahead of arrival, friendly, knowledgeable, the list goes on. It also happened to be that he had particular knowledge of my vehicle type, due to past work history with its manufacturer, always a plus!
